Charles Madeline has been Senior Advisor to Mascaret Partners and Chairman of its Scientific Committee since March 2024.
He began his career and learned the consulting business at Bossard Consultants, where he spent 10 years before becoming a Partner. He then joined Gemini Consulting for a further two years, specializing in high-stakes transformation and restructuring contracts.
At the beginning of 2000, he co-founded Republic Alley, the first start-up incubator in France, where he worked alongside hundreds of start-ups.
In the field of management consulting, he also founded Balthazar, which he ran for 15 years, adding a strong dimension of decoding and modeling professional behaviors. At the same time, he founded the Zalthabar, an innovative concept and venue for executive seminars, which he ran for several years.
At various times, he also worked as a company director, for the Elis Group as Director of the Healthcare Division, and for the Parrot Group as Managing Director of the start-up Airinov, dedicated to drone services for agriculture.
The passion that runs through all his experiences remains decoding what’s going on beyond appearances, and his attachment to companies. He began by creating over 1,000 mini-models of management and sales behaviors with Mnemos©, followed by more complex models, HyperMnemos©. He revisited behavioral preferences and created a training department at Balthazar using Mnemotypes©. At the time, he was experimenting with a beta version of the first concepts, which he would later develop, during consulting missions with the managers of major groups.
For 5 years, he devoted himself entirely to research and development, refining and validating his concepts for modeling the mental structure of corporate entities. He documented, demonstrated and illustrated his theory with dozens of examples in his reference work: Introduction to the Personal Equation.
Since then, he has devoted himself to disseminating his theory and his operational tool, M.U.T.S. © (Madeline Universal Types System), and collaborates with Mascaret throughout the world of corporate communications.
